Cream Cheese Cake
Ingredients
1 pound cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoons almond extract
Topping
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar,
and almond extract until smooth, thick and lemon colored.
Pour into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool
on wire rack. While cheesecake is cooling, beat sour cream,
sugar, and vanilla together. Pour sour cream over the top
of cheesecake. Return to oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
Cool before serving.
