(serves 6)
Ingredients
3 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups milk
1/2 cup raisins or chopped prunes
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine rice, milk, butter, cinnamon and salt in a 2 quart
sauce pan. Bring mixture to a boil; stir once or twice.
Reduce to medium low; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or
until thickened. Serve with honey and fruit.
