Honey Vanilla Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups oat bran
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 container ( 8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
6 tablespoons honey
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup raisins

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine oat bran, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, eggs, oil and vanilla until blended. Stir in flour mixture until moistened. Fold in raisins. Let batter stand for 5 minutes.

Grease 6 large muffin cups. Spoon batter into cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes and remove form pan.
