Chunk Sour Cream Muffins
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 4 ounce package German Sweet Chocolate, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking
powder, cinnamon, and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, stir eggs,
milk, sour cream, butter, and vanilla. Add flour mixture, stirring
until just moistened. Stir in chocolate.
Fill lined muffin pans 2/3 full of
the batter and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes
out clean. Let cool on wire rack.
