Nachos
(makes
3 to 4 dozen snacks)
Ingredients
2
medium tomatoes, finely chopped, well drained
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
4 1/4 ounce can chopped ripe olives, drained
36-48 round tostado or tortilla chips
4 ounce (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In medium
bowl, combine all vegetables. Place tostado chips in single
layer on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle each chip with
1 teaspoon cheese and top with 1 tablespoon vegetable mixture.
Broil about 6 inches from heat for 2 or 3 minutes or until
cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
