Chicken Fingers
Ingredients
2/3 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup jarred salsa
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3x1
strips
Directions
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise
and salsa; reserve 6 tablespoons.
Add chicken strips to the salsa mixture
and coat well. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Grill chicken until chicken is tender.
Serve with reserved sauce.
