Butternut Brie

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
5 tablespoon brandy
dash of lemon juice
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 8 inch wheel of Brie

Directions
Remove rind from Brie. In a food processor, cream butter; add brandy, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and process. Add pecans and process until pecans are mixed in spread mixture over the Brie. Decorate with pecans halves and place in the refrigerator until it is set up.
