Ingredients
1- 8 ounce wheel of brie
1 tablespoon confectioners sugar
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Directions
Scrape rind off top of Brie; sprinkle with confectioners
sugar. Arrange almonds over the top of the brie pressing firmly
into place. Place Brie on baking sheet and and broil 6 inches
from heat until top is browned, about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve
with a sliced apple, pear and french bread.
